We are doing our best to keep our shipping process swift and easy. To get your item out to you simply follow the five steps described below.

Get your German address

Sign up with ShipGerman to receive your personal German address. It is free of charge forever and you can use it for any purchases in German online shops.

Shop online

Shop online in any German or European Union online shop. Simply use your personal German address at checkout.

Wait for the delivery to our warehouse

We will notify you of receiving your parcel within 24 hours after the delivery to our warehouse. You do not need to inform us about incoming shipments in advance.

Place the forwarding order

Select the shipping carrier and make the payment directly through our website. If you want we can also consolidate multiple parcels into a single big box to reduce the shipping cost.

Receive your parcel

Your shipment will leave our warehouse usually the same or next business day after we receive your shipping order. A few days later it will show up at your doorstep.

Using ShipGerman you can receive any item from German online shops worldwide. We offer package forwarding from Germany to all over the world, including the US, Canada, Singapore, Ireland, the UK and Australia. Using ShipGerman you can get your own free German address.

Legal information

Currency conversion: When accessing this website you had the opportunity to select the currency the site should be displayed in. For your convenience prices can be displayed in different currencies, but you will always be charged in Euro. To convert the currencies we are using exchange rates that are updated when first browsing to the ShipGerman website and are provided by the European Central Bank (ECB). The ECB updates them once per day (except on TARGET closing days). It is possible that your payment provider (e.g. your bank or credit card company) charges fees for currency conversions or utilizes different conversion rates than the ones displayed here.
Value added tax: Prices include VAT if the destination country (rate calculator) or selected country (rest of the website) is an EU country. VAT is also applicable for shipments to non-EU countries if the user is not the recipient of the shipment but merely organizing the transport.
